7. Product Deliveries

www. atlantis-hellas.gr serves customers all over Greece. All deliveries are executed by Geniki Tahydromiki courier services, in every Greek city. For charges concerning order deliveries see section Product Delivery and Delivery Costs: Orders are sent within 1-2 working days.
In case your order cannot be executed due to a force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc) the company shall contact you in order to verify whether you wish your order to be completed or not. Please note that for distances that exceed 20 km from a city where the courier services company is situated or for some distant islands there may be an extra charge.

8. Withdrawal and Product Return
You have the right to return the products that you bought without penalty, and without giving any reason why you wish to return them, within ten days from the delivery date. In this case the company will return to you the cost of the products but will not refund any delivery costs. The money will be deposited in a bank account that you will indicate. Products can be returned only if they are in the same condition as when received from the customer, and the package should not be opened or damaged. Moreover the product should be accompanied by all documents, receipt and package of the product. Offers or gifts cannot be returned. In case of a product return, money will be returned within ten (10) days from the day we receive it.

9. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order without penalty and without giving any reason why you wish to cancel it, within 2 working days from the day you placed your order. If delivery has been completed it is no longer possible to cancel the order and you may be charged with delivery costs.

10. Product prices
All prices appearing in our catalogue include VAT. These prices are valid for the number of products currently available in our stock, while www.atlantis-hellas.gr reserves the right to adjust these prices. For certain regions of Greece for which decreased VAT scales are valid and provided that your order includes an invoice, prices of products will be lower than mentioned, at the percentage of the decreased VAT.

11. Valid Legislation
All transactions made with www.atlantis-hellas.gr.gr are protected by the International and European right that regulates subjects regarding electronic trade (Directive 2000/31/EK, P.D. 131/2003) as well as by the Law for the protection of consumers (L. 2251/1994) that regulates subjects regarding sales from a distance.
